Pseudo-allergies Pseudo-allergic-reactions (PAR) usually exhibit the same symptoms as regular allergies, but unlike allergies are not caused by any allergens. For example: Sometimes a combination of a pseudo-allergic-reaction with a real allergy results in a condition such as asthma and aspirin sensitivity. It occurs in 3-5% of all asthma sufferers, whose asthma gets worse if they take aspirin or any other analgesics.
