HIV (AIDS)
HIV Prevention There is a lot of negative hype associated with HIV/AIDS amongst the general public which is usually very overblown. Most people know how they can or can't get HIV and yet shun casual contact with people who are known to be infected. In reality, these fears are absolutely unfounded and casual contact with HIV-infected people is absolutely safe.
Avoiding these risk factors, not sharing needles and using condoms during intercourse will greatly reduce the risk of HIV-infection.
